I juz notice this sentence sent to my daily email from JobsCentral:
"If you are connected to the internet, you can click on the links(above got alot of links) to view the company profiles and job descriptions."

I'm not sure la.. but can u access any email or email program offline? so if it's not possible... izit abit redundant for tt phrase above?? hmm... someone pls enlighten me.. haha...
